Corrections policy
If we got something wrong, we want to know. Here is how to tell us and what we do.
Send the page address, what is wrong and a link to the public source through our contact form or to info@dentprecious.com. We check it against the source and, if we were wrong, correct the page and update its date. Dentists and clinics can also ask to be removed.
Who can ask for a correction
Anyone. Most requests come from three groups: dentists or clinics listed in the guide, patients who notice something out of date, and readers who spot a mistake in an article.
How to ask
- Tell us the page: copy the web address.
- Tell us what is wrong and what it should say.
- Give us a public source, usually a page on your clinic’s website. We only publish facts that anyone can check.
- Send it through the contact form or to info@dentprecious.com.
What we do
- We read the source and compare it with the page.
- If we were wrong, or the clinic has changed its website, we correct the page and update the date it was checked.
- If a correction changes a dentist’s profile checks, their position on the lists changes with it.
- If we disagree, we reply and explain why, with the source we used.
Removal
A dentist or clinic can ask us to remove their listing. We will remove it and say on the A–Z page that the clinic asked not to be listed.
What we cannot change
We will not change a dentist’s position by request, and we will not remove our top picks or the reasons we give for them. That is explained in our advertising disclosure.
Send your question to a Precious Dental dentist
Send an X-ray or a few photos. A Precious Dental dentist will reply with a written plan and price. Ask us who would treat you at each stage. No obligation.
