We use them only to answer your enquiry and plan any treatment you ask about. We do not sell them or share them with other clinics. You can ask us to see, correct or delete them at any time.

What we collect
- When you send the form: your name, email, and if you give them, your phone number, country, the treatment you are interested in, how you prefer to be contacted and your message.
- Technical details sent with the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign codes in the link. This tells us which pages help people.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: what you choose to send, which may include photos or X-rays.
Our form never asks for medical records. If you choose to send photos or X-rays, we use them only to give you a dental opinion.
Why we use it
To reply to you, give you a dental opinion and, if you ask, plan and book treatment. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and steps you ask us to take before treatment.
Who sees it
Precious Dental’s patient coordinators and dentists. Your form is sent to our patient inbox by email and a copy is kept on our web server so that no enquiry is lost. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any other clinic listed on this site.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your enquiry and look after you if you become a patient, and for the time the law requires us to keep patient records. If you do not become a patient, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, it only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. A small item in your browser remembers your cookie choice and the page you arrived on, so the form can tell us where you came from.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@dentprecious.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
