Treatment timelines
How long you need in Antalya depends on the treatment and on how you heal. These are typical timelines; your dentist will give you yours.
Veneers and crowns usually take about a week in one trip. Single implants and full-arch implants (All-on-4, All-on-6) usually take two trips: about four to seven days for surgery and temporary teeth, then three to six months of healing at home, then about five to seven days for the final teeth.
Veneers and crowns: one trip, about a week
| Day | What your dentist does |
|---|---|
| 1 | Consultation, photos, scan, smile design, sometimes a trial smile. |
| 2 | Preparation of the teeth, temporary veneers or crowns. |
| 3–4 | The lab makes your teeth. You rest. |
| 5 | Try-in: you see the teeth in your mouth before they are fixed. |
| 6 | Fitting and bite adjustment. |
| 7 | Final check, cleaning advice, records. |

Implants: two trips
Trip one, about four to seven days
- Day 1: consultation, 3D scan, final plan.
- Day 2: extractions and implant surgery.
- Day 2–3: temporary teeth, for full-arch cases.
- Days 3–6: check appointments, bite adjustment, final check before you fly.
At home, about three to six months
The implants fuse with the bone. You eat soft food, keep the area clean, and send your dentist photos.
Trip two, about five to seven days
- Check of the implants and new scans.
- Try-in of the final teeth.
- Fitting, bite adjustment, cleaning instructions and records.
What can add time
- Bone grafts or sinus lifts, which may need extra healing before implants.
- Gum disease, which should be treated before implants or veneers.
- Infection or slow healing, more likely in smokers and people with poorly controlled diabetes.
- Changes in the plan after the scan on day one.
At Precious Dental
Our implant packages are built around two visits, with hotel nights included for both (4 nights, then 5). Your dentist gives you the appointment plan before you book flights.
Common questions
Can veneers be done in three days?
Some clinics offer very short trips. A week gives your dentist time for a trial smile, preparation, try-in and adjustments, and gives you time to say if something is not right.
Why do full-arch implants take months?
The implants must fuse with the bone before the final teeth go on. Temporary teeth fill the gap.
Can the timeline change?
Yes. Bone grafts, slower healing or a change found on the scan can add time. Your dentist should tell you as early as possible.
How many appointments will I have?
For veneers, usually four to six in a week. For implant surgery, the consultation, surgery and two or three checks.
